Haskap Cross-Pollination Guide

Ripening Chart
Weather conditions may shift ripening a week earlier or later. If growing Haskap further from a zone 2-3, it may be best to compare it to other fruit crops to estimate ripening in your location. Fruits usually hold on for 2 weeks after ripening, sometimes longer if the weather is cooler.
