In search of: Retail orientated garden centre staff
Job requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Ability to work in a team

Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions

Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Interest in gardening and plants is helpful for many roles.

Work efficiently in warm greenhouse conditions while standing, walking, and lifting plant trays as required.
